Open Question: A Guy Threatening to Sue Me ....?

About a year and a half ago I sold a business training package to a guy in Pennsylvania. I live in Idaho. Anyway, he has had some local lawyer send me 2 letters threatening to sue me for failure to provide this training, but I clearly have evidence that shows that he received everything he paid for. Anyway, the purchase price was $1500 dollars. Wouldn't he need to sue me in Small Claims Court for this amount? And in that case, wouldn't he need to come here to Idaho to do so? I mean, he couldn't sue me in a Pennsylvania court since I do not reside there could he? Maybe I'm wrong, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks all.... Read More »
